By purchasing any services, products, or lab test kits from HORMONE REBOOT LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the "Company"), you (the "Customer") agree to all of the following payment terms and conditions:

1. Payment in Full: Customer is required to pay the full amount for all services rendered, including coaching services, lab test kits, and any associated fees, at the time of purchase or in accordance with an agreed-upon payment plan.

2. Payment Plans: The Company offers monthly payment plans for select services. By choosing a payment plan, Customer agrees that this payment plan is legally binding. Customer is required to make all payments as outlined in the plan until the full balance is paid.

3. Cancellation for Non-Payment: Failure to pay in full or make timely payments as agreed will result in the immediate cancellation of any coaching services, including access to digital materials or resources. Any lab test kits that have not been paid for in full may not be processed. Additionally, any non-payment or remaining balance will be sent to collections. Once in collections, this outstanding balance may impact your credit score.

4. Legal Enforcement: If the full amount of any payment plan is not paid as agreed, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding balance from the Customer. All costs associated with collections, including legal fees, will be the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Mediation and Arbitration: In the event of a payment dispute, the Customer fully consents to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration under Pennsylvania state law. Both parties agree to comply with the decision reached through this process.

By completing a purchase from the Company, the Customer automatically acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to these terms.
